How do I start the launcher?

I basically unticked the box that made the launcher show up when I booted up the game. However, I need to try and change up some settings cuz I keep getting a black screen everytime I start the game.
How do I get the launcher to show up again?

You can force the game to show the launcher by using a launch command option:

Right click the game on Steam, go to properties and add -launcher in the Launch Options field.

Main Menu => Options => Game => Scroll to the bottom, there is 'Show Launcher' toggle

This doesn't work since he gets a black screen each time he starts the game.
