That’s so weird man, I have 4090 and 7800x3d and I’m having this issue. Same thing happened to me with Horizon FW. I have unlimited shaders on too
For the Continue bug, be sure to have a manual save of your main playthrough. Then start a new game and go through the beggining until Jin is hit by the arrows. Once that scene ends, quit, load your game back up and the continue option should be there.
The shader comp, as Bilbo said is changing your Shader Cache in the Global Settings section of Manage 3D Settings on the Nvidia Contol Panel. Load into game, quit, change back.
