Trouble with closing the game and shutting down PC

I've noticed that when I exit the game it won't properly close. The game just gets stuck on "running" and refuses to close. When I try to shut down my PC it gets stuck on "shutting down" and I am forced to long press the power button to shut down my PC.

Anyone else have this problem?

same it not possible to quit the game no AMD FSR 3 no patch

I had to close it using task manager every time

same here. opened task manager to see if the game was running but it was few PS apps that were preventing it, so had to exit one by one. This needs to get fixed

I own the game on epic games and same thing happens to me. After i quit the game i noticed it still says "running ". I have to go to task manager and switch to details tab (because it is not listed on processes tab) and kill the process

This might be caused of the new Nvidia drivers... When I started playing with older drivers the game closed fine but I updated my drivers since every time I started the game it would warn me about the older drivers.... I finally caved and updated and now the game wont close in the background.... Cant force it to close either Tried both to end process(does nothing) and end it in the details tab(Says I cant do it)…. I have Admin rights so I have no idea what's going on.

same issue, I have to use task manager to close out the game and i have to spam click it, also when it closes out my pc lags and freezes then crashes. pretty cool pc port

into fast boot power off yeah, Why waste power and have my AIO pump running when I am sleeping?
