Flashbang Lights
Its like every single light in this game is a flash bang. My screen constantly flashes white for no reason, every light emits a giant orange ball of light that makes it impossible to see anything if you're within 15 feet of the light. The villages grow green like a rave party is happening in them and any light reflection turns the entire screen blue. Like wtf Sony????

This is apparently an AMD issue. I am running a 6800XT and was experiencing these issues along with other AMD users in a reddit post. A solution was found by the reddit user "areyouevenmello". You need to factory reset your AMD settings in adrenaline. You can do this by clicking on the cog wheel at the top right, head to system, and click factory reset. I did not select the CPU option. Been playing for a bit now with no flashbangs. If this doesn't work for you do a proper uninstall and reinstall of your drivers. ReLive could also be causing an issue so turn that off if this doesn't work. Hope this works for all of you!

I also found a solution, I read form a user that if you turn off the "instant replay" on AMD you wont get these flashing lights, so i tried and it actually worked

yeah i think that's actually the issue haha. I had just reset my AMD settings and turned ReLive back on after confirming it worked only for relive to cause more flashbangs. Just edited my comment as soon as you posted yours. Glad the issue has been pinpointed tho.
