Frames Stuck at 30fps Cap

I've changed a dozen settings and I can't figure out why my fps doesn't pass 30

I've noticed this bug too, whenever I change graphics settings (I've noticed this with framegen setting at least) the game just auto-caps to 30 (or 60 - my global frame cap) with framegen enabled, but that then introduces weird shadowy artifacts). Restarting the game has fixed the problem for me. So change the settings, then try restarting the game. Might help, might not.

ive done it too. nothing change. still 30 fps

Had the same issue today, I was in the middle of a standoff and then poof. My game is now capped at 30 and I can't find a way to fix it =/

Must be a poor hardware issue.

Are you using AMD or Nvidea ? For FSR 3 Frame generation to work you need to turn it off in the Adrenalin Overlay

Guys, turnoff Nvidia Reflex Low Latency under display settings, you will get 60 fps, thank me later
