How do you reset game settings?
I accidentally enabled frame generation and now I can't navigate to the game settings to turn it off due to the black screen. I have audio, but can't see anything. Forcing the launcher doesn't do anything either.

I deleted and validated most of the game files, the AppData/Roaming/Sucker Punch files, and the AppData/Local/Sony PS SDK files. Nothing seems to work.

Where is the game settings file and how do I wipe it?

I toggled off the Steam Cloud for a moment and that may have helped.

Man i have the same issue . Do you find how to reset all graphics setting without launching the game ? The first time I started the game I selected to not show anymore the mini menu with the graphics settings , so now if i want to change the graphics settings i have to run the game... but the screen is black !

Right click the game in your Library, go to properties. In the Launch Options bar just put
-launcher
there.

Disabling Cloud for a moment is what worked for me, FYI! In tandem with the rest. I had already added the launcher parameter at the time and it didn't work.
