Bug PS Overlay Black box archivements

I deactivated the PS notification overlay so when I get an archivement a black box appear but don't dissapear and have to close the game.

Yes. This is very annoying. Cool it adds achievements to my PSN (though it feels kinda pointless without shared saves from PC to PS4 and back... though i understand the concern for modded saves), but I am happy just getting notifications when I get steam achievements. When I turn this off, it should go off. And the box is locked there. It will not go away. I assume this is a bug, but I hope it gets fixed soon. This port has SO MUCH GREAT POLISH. It's a solid port. Sony really tried to make sure the little details were included. Like PS4 controller support (when using either wired or the proprietary dongle for full support) is flawless. It's identical to how it works on the PS4. This is exactly why i spent the money to get a ps4 controller and ps4 usb dongle, even before I owned a PS4. I want my games to feel console level polished, and sony seems to get that. But this bug and multi achievement notifications kinda undermine that. A little bit of a sidetrack, but I had to get out there that I absolutely LOVE Sony's commitment to the details that make the game feel smooth and fluid on PC. Without jarring things like goofy wonky prompts (like constantly cutting back to PC prompts) or not taking full advantage of the touchpad as it was on the console, I can get fully immersed into it. That's exactly what I want from a console port to PC. Sure, it doesn't have the biggest list of features, but as long as my game runs well, I'm happy I set mine to the highest preset and get a nice 60fps, and that's good enough for me. It runs smooth, it looks great, and, unlike many other console ports, it's got the fine details in control. Especially with this game, which seems to have more deliberate binds to make the combat the right mix of fluid and mildly challenging. It's perfect.

Yeah, same problem.
Logging in to the PSN also locked me out of the save I started offline with my other account. Great stuff, Sony.

to be fair, I LOVE this port. It's an exemplary port, outside the PSN stuff. And having psn linking is fine. I wish they'd allow cross save sharing (even if people could mod their save. ♥♥♥♥ it, let people load modded/cheated saves on PS4.... who cares. It's an SP game) with the PSN features. But no matter what, PSN should be 100% optional.

Agree, zero crashes on my side and have +15 hrs. I just have this overlay bug and some minor performance issues where the game lags but overall, great port.

Same issue for me, I've played the game on PS4 once, and I agree the port is fantastic, smooth, looks great, great performance. But I have to restart the game whenever I get a trophy which I already have & didn't care about when I got it back on ps4. Come on Sony this is a silly and pointless bug.

yup same here, had all that psn trophy nonsense turned off as (who the ♥♥♥♥ cares about trophies" yet the popup and sound still appeared but as a black box that stays.

Does anyone have a fix for the black box issue in the right corner of the screen? I'd love to get it fixed!

Hi, i get the same issue. Go to display settings set to full screen then back to exclusive full screen and it should remove the annoying box :)
