High FPS but I feel stuttering
So I play on maxed settings, 1440p with DLSS on Quality and Vsync on. Not much of a difference with Vsync Off. After the prologue, I noticed the game began stuttering in places or when I was turning around. My FPS counter never dipped below 100 FPS anywhere, but I could tell the smoothness wasn't there and it felt almost like the game was running at 40 FPS.

Has anyone else noticed something similar?

4k max + HBAO+, DLAA, never dips below (always capped?) 60fps with or without reflex+boost.

Frame gen on it stays locked at 120 my display refresh.

best guess...you are running at 40 fps

Set Vsync to half refresh and then lock FPS to your monitor refresh rate using MSI afterburner, see what that does.

Experienced this too.
You can mitigate the frame pacing issue by setting the game to fullscreen exclusive and setting refresh rate below your lowest fps. I've set mine on 72hz and most of the "stuttering" is gone.

Same issue. At first I thought the walk/run cycle animation was broken.

Running smooth at 160fps with max settings on 1440p. Running it on windowed with borderless game app. You remembered to set the fps higher than 60 fps from default?

Many thanks, dude. Turned both off and the game has never been so smooth.
