But when starting the game - An error indicating the absence of the necessary shaders.
Drivers are latest.

But version 10 of Windows is 1909

I kept saying it but: Yes, make sure your Windows 10 is absolutely the latest build. 23H2 or whatever.

I heard they're gonna add vulkan in the future
No, you didn't hear about the game getting Vulkan anywhere reputable.

I have r9 380, and find the solution. I installed the custom driver for my GPU. The author of this video left the link to drivers in the comments. Maybe this driver also work for r9 390.

AMD GPU: seems NimeZ GPU drivers are enough to get GCN2-3 to Shader Model 6.6+. Maybe GCN1 also? Someone needs to test.

That just means your graphics card doesn't support that shader model. The only solution is to replace it, sadly.

no, you just need to set up win 11, had the same problem with my 2060 on win 10

Your old ass video card came out 4 years before the minimum recommended AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT from the store page and old supports shader 6.5. Next time read the required specs when using an ancient potato class computer.

Learn why old hardware becomes outdated. Time to retire the potato.
