Of course other things can cause this error as well, but if you have a high-end Intel CPU from the latest generations 13xxx/14xxx then you should definitely look up the voltage issues that are rampant on these CPUs.
I think I'm at that exact same cutscene as you, tried reinstalling GPU drivers and rebooting and reinstalling, still the same.
7600x and 4070 Super
In that case I don't really have many suggestions, sorry. When I had my old RTX 3070 Ti I would get this error in some Unreal Engine games (Callisto Protocol with RT enabled / Immortals of Aveum) when I ran out of VRAM.
Now I have a 16 GB 4070 Ti Super and I have not seen that error since upgrading. I have a Ryzen 9 5900X and no issues with this game for 2 hours played.
Try capping your frame rate to 60 fps. If that helps it is probably your GPU being pushed too hard if you run it uncapped. This game could trigger errors even though others don't.
