Its related to two monitors? Cause I had parts of the audio and subtitles not being played and displayed. While other parts I can hear and read fine.

I am also experiencing the same issue and I also have 2 monitors connected ... I can hear all audio fine except for character dialog in cinematic scenes

I am getting audio issues with voices and some in combat sound effects. The background music is fine but I am not hearing grunts for swings or archer call outs
has anyone of you solved this problem?

"Do you have 2 monitors" doesn't offer a fix.
I also have 2 Monitors but I get Voice Audio when the Cutscene ISN'T focused on the speaker, I can hear Khotun when we're behind him but when his face is in scene there is no Voice audio. all other Audio is fine.

I foud a fix for this.
I have only 1 monitor and i had this problem because my monitor has build-in speakers.
Solution : Disable everything else from sound settings and leave only the device you are using enabled. In my case the headphones.
Hope it helps!

I have every irrelevant audio device unplugged or disabled. Unplugged 2nd monitor, only my main audio device is active and working and the game still doesn't have any audio at all for some reason.

It worked fine the first time with my usual setup, broke, rebooted computer and it worked again. But today it just refuses to work whatever i do.
When i enter the main menu i get a very brief second of ambient noise that stops immediatly.

It's not a problem of audio devices, the audio engine is just busted.

I will say troubleshooting this is even harder than other usual hardware/software bugs.
I rebooted my audio interface and it seemingly decided to work. Who even knows if it that did anything considering i rebooted the entire system multiple times over.
