Steam Deck playability…
Hello. Has anyone played GoT on the Steam Deck yet, especially handheld. Whilst showing unsupported, I’m hoping it runs well. If so, I’m buying. :-)

We know many of you are eager to play Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut on handheld gaming devices like the Steam Deck. We're happy to share that the single player experience, including the Iki Island expansion, can be enjoyed on Steam Deck and similar handheld gaming PCs as we’ve worked extensively to optimize performance and deliver the best possible experience on these devices.

You may notice that Steam marks the game as 'Unsupported' for Steam Deck. This is due to the Legends co-op multiplayer mode requiring Windows to access PlayStation Network integrated features."

Is this the OLED model? Because I'm getting dips into the 25's on medium settings in the intro alone.

Framerate is pretty good, you might get frame drops in the cutscenes but during gameplay solid 30+ fps.

Edit: I decided to lower the graphic settings to very low and it still looks decent to me, but I did this to ensure I get a consistent framerate.

Pretty sure they put out that Single Player should work fine on Steam Deck but the Legends co-op mode could experience issues.

They disable the psn sign in part on steam deck. Though I bought this for single player.

yes I'm using the OLED. I did have dips during cinema but only to 27-28. The gameplay seems to be playing at 30fps just fine

Can backup what’s been said. Gameplay has given me nothing but a solid 30fps. Impressed. Playing on OLED.

Pretty sure almost everyone bought the game just for the single player.

Thx for the info. Appreciated.
Turn off FSR3 in the game, with it I get no more than 28-30 fps when without it 40-45. limit ingame resampling to 60-65. limit the CPU to 1100 and TDP to 12 that the fps would be more stable. settings put mostly minimum.

Ok. So I’ve been playing for hours. Just exploring and fighting. Still have settings at high and still get smooth 30fps, even when fighting multiple enemies. But decided to continue the story and started recruit lady Masako mission and the frames dropped to around 20-22fps. Anyone else have this problem? I’ve read others have this problem and not just with steam deck.

The game works great on Deck. I just don't understand why you can't log in to PSN, which means online mode is unavailable.
