Error communicating with Playstation™ Network

anyone else encountering this issue?

This happens when I click "Connect to Playstation" to get the extra stuff.

Then this error comes up.

After connecting your account, did you receive the Archery Master’s Attire and Charm of Canine Recruitment items?

Does it appear immediately in your inventory or do you get the items somewhere?

Still cant connect and getting the error.
Did anyone get the free stuff when linking your account to steam? Or is it broken?

I fixed it by creating a new PSN account and attaching that instead.

Update : it gave the error but ended up linking and working . no issues since then
