Here's a solution for those getting the error when singing into PSN

This happens when you have a Steam account already connected to a PSN Account

1. Open the Game
2. Go to Options/Menu
3. Click [C] to access Privacy Settings
4. Click the Option to unlink your PSN Account
5. Go back to the Main Menu and Login into your PSN Account using the "Login into your PSN Account" Menu

Enjoy your PSN Trophies

Playstation PC SDK is not present, when i relog now.... what is this ???? In other games where I need PS pc SDK it works but only doesn't work with Ghost of Tsushima .....

So all of your Steam achievement automatically unlocked just like you PSN? or we have to do it all over again? because now I have to unlock the Steam Achievement one by one. But I am connected to PSN now

This worked for me, found it on Reddit:
"Go to the game folder and run pspcsdkruntimeinstaller.msi then go to C:\ProgramData\Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc\PSPC_SDK\S22\2.13.00.01 and run pspcsdkappmrg.exe. run the game. the problem should be fixed. it fixed for me"

I encountered this issue too, after Verify Integrity of Game Files, everything is fine now

yes thats have found 2 but it dont works by me ! same problem cant initalizing playstation pc SDK...... verfy gamefiles dont work.. what i can say the app from playstation network closed after start the game in taksmanager always ! i dont no why

Have you tried opening the game and see the privacy settings and unlink your account?

I had the identical issue!
For what it's worth:
- It works fine if I start the game from Steam!
- It fails if I start the game from the Steam ICON on the Desktop!
- It fails if I start the game by running the game's exe directly!

SO... You NEED to start the game through STEAM Interface for it to work! :(

Ragazzi io ho un problema particolare! ho provato ad installare l'SDK sembra che lo installa ma poi non crea la cartella di Sony Entarteinment su Program data....e' come se non lo installasse proprio....e giustamente il gioco si blocca
