Synchronized Achievements/Trophies Ghost Of Tsushima

My question is, if I synchronize my PSN account with STEAM, will the trophies I earned on PS4 be linked in the game?

I want to start everything from scratch on Steam, but I couldn't find any information about it.

Does anyone know?

If not, I'll have to create a new PSN account.

From what I've read, there's not going to be that synchronization.

yes all psn achievements unlocked will be unlocked on your steam account

I just signed in to my PSN with the overlay and no achievements popped on my account, I thought they were supposed too.

Okay, there's a glimmer of hope. I need it to NOT sync and use my PSN account.

I reread the blog post where they announced the PS overlay and they never mention auto popping achievements on Steam for trophies you earned on PS, so I'm positive they won't pop all at once.

I guess I prefer that anyways so the timestamps on my achievements aren't all ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I don't think you would have to worry even if they did auto pop since you played the PS4 version. Only the PS5 and PC version of GoT share a trophy list so if they DID auto pop I think it would only be for the ps5 version
