After 2 games, The Last of Us™ Part I and Horizon Forbidden West™ Complete Edition. I'm not buying this game again. Because issue FPS and stuttering games will be a issue

I can agree with the state of The Last of Us at launch (even though it ran just fine on my 7 year old PC), but Horizon Forbidden West has been receiving high praises for its performance.

You need to understand that it's not that easy to optimize games for PC these days. So cut them some slack.

If you don't want to pre-order, that's completely fine. Pre-ordering is a bad habbit, and everyone should just wait for actual reviews.

Crying and being mad on an unreleased game, because some other game didn't perform so well, is just stupid. These ports are not made by one single studio.
Just because Horizon and The Last of Us didn't run that well, doesn't mean that this one will have the same performance.

You need to calm down and wait for the actual release. And if this one receives high marks, yet still doesn't run well on your PC, then consider upgrading your PC.

No. Just no. Stop defending BS. If game is running 80 FPS and then in cutscenes and DLC it runs at 20. Just no. Its broken optimalization and that is it.

Dude, I'm all on board with you, if it ends up being in the same state as The Last of Us.
But you're raging for no reason right now. Because that port was the only one that actually performed poorly.

Horizon Forbidden West takes a lot of resources, sure, but that's justified, considering the graphics and the gameplay. It wouldn't have "Very Positive" review status if it was as bad as you guys say it was.

OP Post your PC specs, and i can promise the problem lies not with the games but with you.

To be fair, he did bring up 2 games, not just one, and The Last of Us does serve his argument. Other than that, I totally agree,

OP isn't aware of who is at the helm of porting this game - Nixxes Software, they have proved to be fairly competent in porting PS games recently. All their ports have been fantastic FPS and memory leak wise, see the Forbidden West support.

Their other projects are like Spiderman Remastered, LaraCroft TombRaider triology..

TLoU was ported by Iron Galaxy. They are amateurs compared to Nixxes.

I think they were also responsible for the Arkham Knight's port, which had to be pulled from Steam because of its poor performance and instability.

Also just admit you didn't have a clue what you were even talking about and say "my bad" after you post your specs. Bet you playing on a HDD with a 4c processor and a GPU with like 6gb vram.

First of all, you're in a public place. I don't have to keep opinions to myself.
You posted yours and I (like others) posted mine, with counter arguments.
Just because your argument doesn't really stand, doesn't mean I have to shut up.

What I stated is not just an opinion.
Whether the product is good or bad, it's unfair to rate it before launch, based on the performance of other products, that are made by different people. That is a fact!

Even though they phrased it poorly, they didn't ask for your specs to invade your privacy, they most likely asked them in order to be able to help you, because as we said, Forbidden West is actually a great port, and if you have a good PC, you should be able to run it without much issue. This was to give you some assistance so you can enjoy your games more.

You're acting like a child treating everyone like trash, while everyone here has been as polite to you as they could've been. If you like to be left alone, maybe you should stay away from public places like this one.
