If a game is ready to buy, it should have atleast some info besides 64 bit....... steam couldnt give a toss.

It will yes if it runs on a 1060, 1660S is more like a 1070 in performance, they're only adding features such as DLSS not a new engine, so guaranteed it will run on that. The only thing that can prevent that is garbage anti consumer DRM layers and poor optimization from the port which is sadly what Sony is notorious for.

When i streamed the game from PS plus it required around a 1060 and it ran smoothly, no issues back then i had a 1660S like you.

Denuvo can really mess that up if they add that though, it's not wrong to assume that the game will require a card higher if the game uses intrusive DRM like that.

It's been proven many times that DRM such as Denuvo increase the requirements and decrease performance drastically, please do yourself a favor and stick to a strict Denuvo=no buy policy, cause if we continue to support this soon we won't be able to mod games anymore, they're preventing mods so they can protect their customer's shady scam microtransactions and loot boxes.

It's a sad time to be a gamer, especially with all these streamers that has no morale compass except for their own selfish desires, they hurt the industry a lot more than the individual gamer.
