What content would I be missing if I choose not to use PSN stuff?

Is there multiple endings? If there is can they all be achieved in 1 playthru, similar to how you can get most endings in Elden Ring with 1 run?

Does your combat style change anything? Just heard a long while ago apparently if I just want to 1v1 direct combat for the sake of loving combat it also has some sort of philosophical influence. Meaning I may not agree with the philosophy/story elements, I just want to beat someone in straight combat.

i think psn is only needed for legends, which is the multiplayer mode.
