Edit: So this is pathetic of AMD. It's on their main advertising page for "games that support FSR", clearly there beside Spiderman and The Last Of Us.
The catch? ... Ghost of Tsushima supports FSR alright, just not FSR 4. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.
When you run the game, if its not supported, the option won't even show up in the game settings in the AMD software, if its supported, but isn't working, it will show up, but will have a yellow Exclamation Mark, if its working it will show a green Tick.
I just tried it, but it clearly isn't a proper fsr 3.1 unless it is vulkan based fsr 3.1, which is where fsr 4 doesn't work.
