best looking game ive probably ever played, satisfying and tight combat system (although after a while it becomes press 1-4 simulator i will admit, the animations are wonderfully done, all tools and weapons you get are satisfying and have their own use and besides the slight tediousness pretty worth) difficulty is scaled AMAZINGLY, it reminds me of stalker almost where the higher the difficulty the more frail you get but also the enemies too. love that stuff. all collectibles are interesting to get in their own, and feel like they serve a purpose. the way they handled upgrades and each unique item was really well done imo, you do a short parkour type test and get a charm which you can equip and has different effects, you rest at hot springs to increase your health, complete fox dens for extra "resolve" which lets you use more moves etc. getting around can be a bit tedious from time to time and side quests are super hit or miss, for example the "Heavenly tales" (super awesome btw, no spoilers but each and every single one of them is absolutely amazing) all offer incredible new tools and armor to use at your disposal, and feature full cutscenes, while most of the other ones besides from ones associated with main characters are kinda bland. the dlc offers a few hours more content and awesome gear to get, a new island to explore (although its probably best if you do that after the main game) and probably the hardest combat the game has to offer. if you do end up getting it, id focus on upgrading your health and resolve just whenever you see them around, as well as completing shrines when you can, as it makes the later game way more bearable.
also i forgot to mention but for cons, the AI is super dumb sometimes. like stand on top of a tent 5ft away and watch them walk around dumb. unfortunately theres no insta spot mechanic to the stealth, so it kinda makes it easy to go around and just murder a whole camp and even if they do spot you you can just run away or hide in some grass or something, id say the AI can sometimes be the worst part of the game (in terms of stealth, in combat they work pretty well) but it has a lot going for it besides that
Yup, easy to pickup and play. Good fun. If you've played any Assassins Creed, it'll feel like home, with cherry blossoms and fat Mongols instead of macho Vikings and effeminate Athenians.

I agree with the assessment of AI, can be a bit dumb, but story, scenery and some of the combat will let you overlook that easily enough.

Don't you dare to compare Ghost of Tsushima to Assassins Creed, GoT is way superior, yes AC to AC III was great but then it turned into a huge flop from my side, while in GoT you can litterly explore a who huge map, had it on PS5 now bought it here to play and the Story from Ghost of Tsushima is just amazing a lot of the facts that have been implemented came from real life happening.
