Blurry cinematics or something like that(ENG/ESP)

ENG- For some reason when a cinematic is playing, the whole quality changes and it looks kinda blurry(like a video on 480p and kinda gray) even tho the gameplay itselt its very consistent at 60fps with full settings.
btw, I finished the game a while ago and i am actually having the same problem with another game im currently playing(Life is Strange remastered), but i came back to this forum cuz maybe there would be a better chance of people noticing this post.

ESP- para resumir tengo un problema de que las cinemáticas se ven con menor calidad que el gameplay en sí, así como borroso o tipo 480p, no sé de qué otra forma explicarlo.
No sé por qué pasa ni cómo solucionarlo y arruina todo el gameplay que va fluido con gráficos al máximo.
Lo otro es que en realidad lo terminé hace tiempo y ya no lo tengo instalado, pero el problema me acaba de ocurrir en otro juego(Life is strange remastered) y vine a este foro por mejores chances de respuesta. Gracias de antemano.
