People have been raising a host of crash/playability issues with no response from developers. Is the game abandoned?

I don't know, but the company doing the PC port certainly abandoned any idea of support.

I'll be more wary of Nixxes Software in the future.

No.... first of all consider that it is summer and that Nixxes are likely taking time off. Second of all the most recent update was just 2 weeks ago so if you consider that abandoned then thats on you.

Then no explanation for total lack of response to multiple listings of problems. Count on fanboys to show up with snarky remarks that miss the point. Summer indeed.

They've done a TERRIBLE job of addressing issues and communicating whether or not they're doing anything, that's for sure.

This is pretty typical of the Sony PC games especially the older releases that finally show up on PC. Then they wonder why the PC sales do not seem that great.

I don’t think the game has a memory leak the more you explore the map the more VRAM gets filled especially on highest settings. They communicated in a update the sentence improved memory this means indeed it’s not a leak per se more a thing which can’t be fixed it’s how the game works . Also the game stutters when I pause the game for more than 10 min the game gets hard stutters also happens when alt tapping.

I have no crashes because I have 24GB VRAM 3090RTX. SteamDB SHOWS a next update in working let’s hope they optimize it better.

Was your point to state incorrect information?

First you said there's been no updates, there's been several including recent ones.

Then you said there's no information being shared, which only means you haven't read the numerous news or announcements.

Did you plan on making a point that actually states correct information? Or were you just going to keep saying things that aren't true and pretending everyone else is missing it?

NO, the point is no response to multiple posts about crashes. Doesn't matter if there was a recent update when multiple issues have been raise and there's no response, except form fanboys without any responsibility or ability to address the issues raised. And I never said anything about updates in the original post, so score one for paying attention. Nor did I say anything about info being shared. So, I don't know what you've been paying attention to but it certainly wasn't anything I said except to note the silence, which you have no clue about, evidently.
