There are apparently 18 of those hot springs in the game. I’m not turning off the monitor everytime I approach one, it’s ridiculous.

Discussion turned into usual slinging of insults aside, i highly doubt the devs would bother with this now regardless of how little work it would take. At most you could get someone at Nexus to make a mod for that but given there's not even a mod to adapt the proper lock-on feature already in the game that the devs left it out for keyboard/mouse and only works for controller, you might have a tough time finding someone willing to do this unless paid
