Is there a way to skip cutscenes?

Is there some way to change the ini files or something so that I can skip cutscenes in this game? They take way too long when I've already seen them and had to restart the whole thing because saves on this game don't work right. Going back to saved game sets me back farther than where I saved so no progress saved. Lots of bugs in this game so I constantly need to go back to reload saved game data. Anyone know a way to make it so you can just skip these cutescenes?

Either you go on mod nexus and download a NG+ Save or you play the cutscenes and scroll on your phone.

Hated not being able to skip them at first, but I've grown to appreciate the work put into the game.

This is why I will not be buying any more games with unskippable cut scenes. Really got to watch a cool older woman degrade and die. You know people are going through stuff like this and want to just hack and slash not be brought down to more of a depressing level. Regret buying this and now I will never buy any of the new GOW games either.

I have been gaming for decades and I haven't complained about any such thing. Every game I have played has skippable cutscenes. 99% of the games in my Steam library have skippable cut scenes .You only need to look at my reviews on here to see that. I only play games for the Gameplay not to watch a movie about some of the most depressing sheet I have seen. This is this new crap in gaming. If the gameplay is good thats all I care about. I probably would have enjoyed GOW but I will never know now.

I don't speedrun games either I played 38 hours and did all the side quests in Ghosts until that mission that was the straw that broke me. I just couldn't sit and twiddle my thumbs watching where this woman slowly degrades and die. Low energy and depressing especially for people going through similar situations. I want a escape. Let me customize how much I watch.

i dont have a problem with story based cutscenes..but this games has them literally everywhere. when you liberate villages etc. just let me play the game.

Storyline cutscenes shouldn't be skipable. The other stuff like liberating villages, duels, shrines etc should be because its repetitive and I agree on that.

Fine from now on any game that has unskipable cut scenes is a instant pass. Enjoy your movie as for me I want to have choice. Thats why I'm on pc because I like to customize my experience. I already passed on GOW but asked a friend how bad the cut scenes where in Ghosts and he lied. I buy a lot of games too. Oh well indoe games are picking up the slack big time.

I do actually enjoy watching cutscenes as I can know more story. But I will skip totally Senua 2 it's actually garbage interactive movie not game.

Why I skipped the first and the second despite hearing all the "praise" from people. Another game I will never touch.
