But no, you shouldn't preorder until the system requirements are official, and even then you should probably wait for people's real life experiences if you're in doubt. No point in pre-ordering months in advance anyway.

I'm gonna wait until the official reqs are released but if these are the recommended reqs for Horizon Forbidden West then I shouldn't have to worry to max out GoT :)
Unless of course the optimization is badly done.
Plus worse comes to worse they already said its gonna have all that dlss/fsr nonsense so youll always have that to fall back on.
Not preorderig at this point in time makes no sense. You can return the game with no issues if you have any issues with it. Now before STEAM and refunds, sure.
