Where were you all the years people in these countries couldn't play all the Playstation games requiring a PSN account?
I'm sure all the people in those countries are really thankfull for you making a fuzz about it so that Sony can't keep turning a blind eye on them making PSN accounts by just choosing another country anymore.
Hope you feel better about yourself, really improved the situation for all the countries that are EFFECTIVELY blacklisted now instead of just theoretically.
Oh, you don't need a PSN account for the singleplayer btw. just for online multiplayer.

For the online part and for playstation overlay. I got nothing on the banned in other counties other then PSN is needed for online part
