New Game+ is a pre-order bonus ?

Someone explain this to me please ? If I don't pre-order I don't get New Game + when I beat the game the first time ?

It falls under early unlock, it's not something exclusive to pre-ordering.

My understanding is, without pre-ordering, complete the game to unlock New Game+, which is pretty standard for games with that mode. Pre-order, get New Game+ from the beginning.

I haven't played this before. I would like someone to clear this up. I thought it meant you will have an item you normally have to beat new game + for?

Nope, wouldn´t make sense to start a new game with your skills from the last run if there is no last run at all.
You get the horse on new game+ instead later in the game.

You will get the horse from your second run on (NewGame+ is listed for the horse as bonus).

Ah, ok then. I never did New Game + when I played this on PS4.

Come to think of it, I don't think i've ever played a New Game + on anything except Vagrant Story...

Oh, so you'll still get all the pre-order bonuses just by playing the game even if you didn't pre order it? Like the bonuses aren't exclusive to pre-ordering at all?
