To bundle Legends with Ghost of Tsushima in the only available Director´s Cut Edition was stupid.
A second edition without Legends bundled would have done the job well.

So releasing another edition that somehow removes the entire multiplayer is a better option then instead of peer to peer? Would that then reduce the cost of purchase for those specific users then since it's a feature removed from the base game on PC?
Keeping in mind that this is not the original console edition that you've mentioned before numerous times, regardless if it was a free add-on DLC on consoles, this edition also has PC options that were not present in the console edition.
I don't see how that would be any cheaper for them to produce, or as easy as you think it is either.
I think the easiest option for Sony is to open new regions for psn. That will be win win because we can play their games without any problem, and they can expand more
