Could Ghosts of Tsushima be released without Legends DLC?

I am still not sure who was ultimately responsible for pulling out the game from the storefronts, but I would like to discuss the possibility of making Ghost of Tsushima available for purchase again in countries that are not covered by PSN.

The main obstacle to this is the Legends multiplayer DLC, which is included in the Director's Cut version of the game. So I wonder if Nixxies is able to separate this DLC from the main game and release a "Legendless Edition" or something similar.

This would allow players in restricted countries to purchase and enjoy the game without the multiplayer component.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

The main obstacle is Sony as a publisher is completely ruining the Developer's chance for a good release without issue by imposing artificial restrictions before the game even released

Game is fantastic and should of been LEFT ALONE by Sony to just sell and be the great game it is

Sabotage could be argued

I hope the Devs sue Sony for saboting their PC release after holding them hostage on PS5 for so long

Between this and Stellar Blade its a clear sign to future Developers to stay away from Sony and just release independently

Because of everyone else on PC that can currently play the game instead of no one being able play the game and having all of them delisted for throwing a tantrum and they finally decide enough is enough, let's go back to exclusives which will hurt literally everyone.

Returnal has Co-op right? I also think the Co-op is tied in singleplayer as well like Dark Souls and cross platform as well.

So why can they do it in that game and not in this one. Also they did not remove/de-list that game from Steam, which means this whole problem is easily fixable, but they just really want the PC players data and integration to PSN Network.
