I can care less if it requires an account as long as they tell you in advance, and don't sell in regions that can't access it. Looks like you only need the account for the multiplayer aspect anyways.

Steam doesn't have the sales restricted in the regions that can't access PSN. Even though it's primarily single player, those who purchase it won't have access to the multiplayer part.

Well, before HD2 I did not look at that side of the page at all. It is not a gun or a plane. Steam did it safe. Any kid could buy a game on steam. Just saying.
