Can I get the Master Archers attire without PSN?

In before the replies of the data you've given to other companies thus you should have no worries about giving you data to Sony to almost guaranteed lose it in another data breach

Make a dummy email and sign up. Sony won't have any info on you...

The Master Archer's Attire is just another variation (purely cosmetic) of a particular armor that's tuned to archery. This particular armor that I'm talking about is obtainable in-game via 'sidequest'.

Different variations or rather colors of the armor are available from dye merchants, purchasable with flowers you pick from the field.

The Master Archer's Attire, as well as other items, are obtainable in-game from a 'special' NPC that only appears in NG+. Rather than flowers, you need ghost flowers for them, which are obtainable by doing quests/sidequests, or clearing outposts.

Long story short, you don't need to link a PSN account to get these items. All items listed as bonuses are obtainable in-game.

It's actually obtainable, but only in NG+.

Likewise, the charm of canine recruitment and the ng+ horse are only ng+. But yeah. Everything's obtainable without that. Just gotta actually get to where you earn it.
