First thing could be done in a day or few, that´s adapting the code in a way that it can be executed on the targeted machine. But that´s not all that have to be done. You must adapt and implement kb/m input comming from a game that is designed and written to use a gamecontroller only. Next is rendering. Then it must be able to run on different systems with different hardware setups. The aspect ratios must be displayed correct for 16:9 or ultrawide modes. It should also be able to run on more than one monitor. The GUI must fit for PC. And so on and so on.
The Directors cut comes with a DLC and a coop addon as well. Even more work had to be done there like adapting the netcode for Legends etc.
All that is time consuming and work to be done.
These people (Nixxes in this case) had to be payed for their work and time.
These are the costs on top of the base product from the console.
Not only that, but users aren't just buying the game as is; they're also buying free patches, updates, and customer support. These things last for at least a year or so, and people need to get paid for that to happen.
Lol, what a fool.
Can´t understand = The one who understood is a shill :D
I highly suggest you read it again.
It's a simple matter of economics. People need to get paid.
