DX11 is more stable than DX12
No it is not. Also DirectX 11 is a high-level API, DirectX 12 is a low-level API.
Low-level APIs are closer to the hardware reducing the overhead incurred from the API and graphics driver while high-level APIs are further away and more generalized.

It's not. It's not even a debate here. Dx11 is more stable than Dx12. Period. Accept it and your week will be better.
