Pre-load vs Download Day 1
Hi all,

I wanna get your thoughts on Pre-loading the game vs downloading on day 1. I have already pre-ordered the game. However considering how the last game took so long to unpack after pre-loading it a day sooner, I feel it is better off downloading day 1. From what I read, with pre-loading, Steam has to decrypt all the pre-loaded files and that takes long depending on CPU and SSD. Right?
So help me decide between the two.
Thanks in advance!

As stated above, depends on your hardware

Preloads are ideal for not very fast internet users. I prefer to preload, even I have a 200 MBit internet.

Pre-loading is more for countries with slow internet connections (mostly 3rd worlds). If you live in the US or let's say Singapore, pre-loading won't do you anything. You might as well download on day 1.

If your CPU is fast enough for the decryption and unpacking, yes. But for people with old CPU´s i suggest a download at/after the release.

Well, that is correct, but system req. for this game are not too low... Any CPU and SSD can handle it now.
