Otherwise the game give you a dozen one shot weapons to use at once. It's a general design philosophy of this game.
a revival skill shouldnt exist, its difficult enough for the enemies to get you down, it shouldnt be almost impossible. or atleast its cost should be 5 balls. that skill kills the tension in battles, it does more harm than good.
There's a charm that makes parrying easier. I forgot where you get it but I think I got it on an Izuhara mission.
There is also the suspicion that some times parry is unresponsive so you also have that working against you lol.
True it is the Mizu-No-Kami, from a water shrine. I confirm it does help a bit but doesnt feel OP imo as the window is still quite small (which i like tbh)
it's a NG+ thing but there's a charm that disables it
