no spoilers just facts
i played it on the ps4 and found it exciting until the end, apart from the fact that the story tells this typical you are bad i am good story, the characters were told very deeply each has their own morals and goes through a change so side missions are very well integrated into the main story and make sense especially the main character and his uncle in which it is about honor and disappointment in the fight for liberation on tsushima. the battle system starts out very simple but picks up pretty quickly as you get new attacks counters and weapons, the world itself is a bit empty but beautiful exploration makes a little less sense as everything important is marked on the map. The multiplayer is a small expansion of a new co-op story and survival mod, which I enjoyed for hours. Everyone can show their inner samurai in really good combat systems, which really puts Assassin's Creed to shame. This game is a 10 out of 10

Yeah the only thing about this game that's mid is the story telling, the story is actually solid. It is the BEST paint by numbers open world game of last generation. The combat is amazing and rewarding. Exploration feels "arcadey" in a good way, it knows it's a game and only makes you play the fun bits. When approaching some enemy encampments it gave me weird MGS V vibes as opposed to AC vibes. I maybe alone in that comparison but there you go.

I have it in my PSN account and have been looking forward to playing it again on PC.
