No I didn't try but as I already unlocked a couple cosmetics and wandered on the island for a couple hours I'm just gonna wait until I can go back to Tsushima as to not loose my progress.
What did you think was going to happen....the mongols win?
i did play ikki first n then off to other quests on main island n its main story ..
I mean... yeah maybe? for all I know this could not have been 100% historically accurate and Jotun Khan turns himself into a mf pickle before going back to his planet or maybe there's a huge twist concerning other characters?
But fr it's less about spoiler than loosing immersion in the story that I find annoying.
Khotun Khan is a fictional character. The invasion of Tsushima was thwarted by a storm and never happened like in the game. Hence the reference to the storm and the name of „Storm of Clan Sakai” and thunders on the Katana. Samurai clans and people are fictional. However a few were real much later on in history.
Jin saying than the Khan is dead was a bluff(or real if you went after campaign) but in context with him saying a thousand samurai are on their way to the island was also a bluff, so they kind of did it to “cover” their asses depending when the player goes over to Iki. He had no such backing during the campaign and especially after completing it. Old post I know but I was searching for something and clicked on it. Thought I just let you know the events were not real. Atleast that’s how I remember it from reading way back. Either way hope you enjoyed the game fellow Ghost.
