[Solved] Failed to install PsPcSdkRuntimeInstaller.msi

I'm able to play the game & DLC, except online mode.

When starting the game, there's a black screen and PsSDK-failed-to-initialize dialog, close the dialog then the game will run smoothly.

I believe the root cause for my case is the PsPcSdkRuntime not installed, however I'm not able to install PsPcSdkRuntimeInstaller.msi.

Double-click leads to another error dialog, says sth wrong with this file.
When open from the command-line, I got this error log, I think it would be helpful for dev to check.

Please notice there's an error says “Failed to access database”

install PsPcSdkRuntimeInstaller.msi via CMD (run as admin) see if that works

But no luck, the error log above is from CMD admin, I think sth wrong with the msi file.

Have you solved this problem? I have tried the way like install the msi and click the mgr exe in the Programm Data, after tried all the way i still can not play the online mode with the saying " Failed to initialize PC SDK"
If you fixed this problem, can you tell me how you fix it. THX

I raised a ticket at NIXXES website last month, about 2 weeks later they replied saying they were checking the issue, and maybe I could try to double-click the msi file directly.

Anyway, I managed to solve this issue tonight.
Got the full error log with this command.

msiexec /i .\PsPcSdkRuntimeInstaller.msi /L*V C:\msilog.txt

ChatGPT told me that error code 1324 might indicate there are invalid characters in the path, but what can be wrong with the default path "D:\Scoop\apps\steam\current\steamapps\common\Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT"?

White space, of course!

So simply copy the msi file to the desktop and double-click to install, that's it.
