Issue with the last SASHIMONO banner

I cant find the last 2 banners out of the 80.
I know the last one is locked by a side mission in the Fort in the upper map.
But I dont know where the second one is left.
I used MapGenie to track all the progress and I have been very focused about finding them all one by one.

Is it perhaps bugged?

Your Traveller's Attire can't pick it up?
I found everything with the attire and perks just fine, hm

If you put on the traveler's attire and switch guiding wind to the banners (via a menu on the map screen), the wind should guide you to the remaining banner(s) with no problems.

The only one that gave me any grief was near the middle of kuriagata on the right edge of the map. Took me ages to spot there was somewhere to climb down to go along the edge of the cliff to get to it. The guiding wind had me flummoxed for a long time. Travellers attire plus guiding wind, as soon as you see that lightning bug, hit the button for detective vision and have a look around, the flag will show up but it can be above or below eye level and may involve some climbing

I have actually had the Travlers Attire equiped while finding them all, even maxed it out to make the most use out of it :D

Found the last one near the Hourens Pasture. Idk how I missed that one. Had to track each location from the start again for the third time xD
