So i cant find my last vanity item, at 81/82

I have done all pilars of honor, haiku's and anything the guiding wind can guide me to, for both tsushima and iki islands. But i am missing one vanity.

This run ive already done all artifacts too but i doubt thats relevant, and ive done all animal, hidden shrines, and archery challenges for iki island. Basically ive done all activities except the common courtesy, thats at 2/5

I however gotta finished 1 last lighthouse, the inari shrines, and regular shrines for the major charms, oh and the last 14 hot springs too. I dont know if any of these unfinished explorations are whats limiting my last vanity item. Or if its the other end game armor.

Have you tried using guiding wind for vanity gear?
Or have you finished all the main story both in tsushima and iki island?

There is probably a vanity gear between the story line.

Ah, just noticed your reply. i given up that the game was broken.

Also i mentioned "other end game armor" cause i finished all of the story on both islands. even all side tales, which game wouldnt even give achievements for.

And obviously i was using guiding wind of vanity the whole time, how else would i have found 81/82 so quickly. lots of these were in stupid locations id not go to.

Thankfully there is no achievement for it. so not a total loss for that 1 vanity

Had the same issue but I found there’s one item tracked by vanity gear but not picked up by the wind. Yamaneko’s eyepatch. Just google it to get the location. You are welcome

oh, that might be it, i dont recall getting a eye patch. That must be a bug tbh
