Should I go save Brother Taka with Youna ?

Or play Ishikawa's story? Find Ishikawa's teacher?

Or it doesn't matter and the game and all the stories around the world are waiting for you to come IN ?
The whole planet stands still and you can't escape and no episode disappear?

The side quests will not magically progress without you if you ignore them and the side quests will progress with the main story. So they will 'end' temporarily between acts 2 and 3 as the side quests are also split into acts.

So feel free to do them in any order you want at any time:)
