Blue screen system service exception

I've gotten this twice, Once while playing through the final battle and just now in the after game. I've never had any issues like this and my temps are fine. 4090 is around 65 degrees and 12700k gets around 75 80. I don't even want to keep trying to play through the game as i'm a little worried it's going to damage something. Anyone else have this problem? I also get regular crashes as well, but only since I started the final battle and after.

Those are normal temperatures for both those devices .... They could both go 15 degrees higher without any damage what so ever and both will automatically down
clock and down volt even if the temps get too high

The Bluescreen error is caused by something other than temperatures perhaps an OCP tripping in the power supply or a power connector problem on the GPU or power supply to the GPU. Make sure your 12VHPWR power connector is firmly seated at both ends and by that I mean physically check it, don't just eyeball it

I don't want to mess with the stupid 12v connector if I don't have to. I triple check everything was connected when I installed the 4090 over fears of melting cables though and I have had nothing like this happen with any other game, It's strange.
