Can't climb Arrow Peak Shrine

To get around the first bridge, you hop over some rocks and crawl through a little cave. After that, you need to climb along some of those little rock ledges, and they just don't work for me.

I press in the direction of the next one and nothing happens. I can jump straight to the long ledge, but get the same problem when I get to the far end of it - dude just won't jump over to the next ledge.

Anybody else had that?
