My DualSense doesn't vibrate anymore (it worked before)
I played with my DualSense (Bluetooth) yesterday, and the vibration was working (I could even feel a slight vibration in the menu). Today, I reinstalled Windows 11, and now it doesn't vibrate anymore.

I checked online that the audio output must be enabled. I enabled it, but it did nothing.

Are there any settings or drivers I need to adjust to make it vibrate again?

have you fixed this issue? I am having same issue like you everything works but some how the vibration is not work my 8bitdo wired controller. and even my 8 bitdo ultimate wiereless controller also doing same thing. So I searched like few places and if the steam user use steam beta it causes this issues and I am using steam familiy beta and i swapped not use and restarted steam the vibration worked. you should try this method if you use steam beta.

and seems here is some news from steam community or bug report

So best way is we just need to wait them to fix it or not use the beta

the controller uses sound to vibrate so you need go into windows sound settings then enable the dualsense wireless controller make sure you right click on the empty space and show disabled devices

DO you have DSX installed by any chance? if you have that installed you must run that or else just connecting your PS5 controller wont fully work anymore as you've mentioned.

don't use DSX for a sony game that supports dualsense it will just interfere with the built in controller support
