Is it possible to get all achivements in Legends Solo?

No, you cannot get all achievements solo. Transcendence(Complete all 3 Raid chapters) achievement to get it you need 4 people. Also, Ultimate Truth(Complete the final wave in a gold Survival) you can get this one yourself but it is very difficult. The rest, you can get them yourself.

That is too bad, I check and some people said is really hard to find other players in legends.

It depends, sometimes it take a second, sometimes 10 minutes. Probably most of people play on higher level difficulties. Could be hard to find bronze matches
