Perfect Parry Window not Increasing?
So this has been bugging me for the past 20 or so hours. I've been rocking the Mizu-no-Kami and when I found the Sarugami I was pretty stoked to combine the two and become a parry god.

HOWEVER -- the moment I put it on I started really paying attention to things and I just... have not noticed a single difference. So I finally decided to sit down and actually TEST it with some bandits.

With both the charm and the armor you'd think I'd immediately notice a huge difference. I don't. MAYBE 1 or 2 frames at max but that could absolutely just be observation bias. I've tried timing the parries specifically early to gauge how far out the window is increased and I've found it basically isn't. I took all the charms off and found there was no difference in the success rate of my parries. This was after an hour of testing in various configs.

But people who were playing the game on PS talk about there being a massive, noticeable difference. So my question is: are these items just not working on PC? Is the fact that the game is running at a higher frame-rate ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with these windows i.e., the parry window is supposed to be x number of frames, and at 30 fps that takes up a larger window than at 120fps? I don't know WHY it would work like that but maybe it does?

Has anyone else noticed these items not impacting their gameplay?

I just got the Mizu-no-Kami, it feels like its easier to perfect parry but idk?
