I hate that set-bonuses are tied to armor.

Armor should be cosmetic only and have equipment-slots for bonuses, like the Katana does have, imho.

So we would be able to equip the preffered bonuses for our individual playstyles, without having the cosmetic tradeoff here.

Which for me this game does not have. Each gear is different and you can upgrade them. There is not the same gear with better stats. The only improved loot I encountered so far is a better version of a charm.


Back OTP, I have a love/hate for the lack of transmog in this game. On one hand, I would love to equip the armor I love the most with the stats I prefer.
On the other hand I don't mind it forcing me to choose my looks. Especially since I find that the look of the armor and the stats match each other.

You do improve your stats through the collecting mats and crafting. The collection of mats is RNG if that makes you happy. My head hurts again.

RNG is a mechanic that makes you play the game longer, it not requirment to be consonsidered a loot based game.

I can beat Path of Exile without loot.. with just skills. All you have to do is get a random item and craft 6 links on it. You can buy all the skills from merchants. You can buy all equipment form a merchant and just craft. You can even be gifted gear and not pick uo single thing.

Is Path of Exile NOT a loot based game now? Youre just making up stuff.

Please tell me how tou can make an infinite resolve build with random gear in this game. If you answer that I will stop...or are you just going t9 move the goal post again?

Have you played Path of Exile before? Youre actually saying its impossible to beat that game with crafted rare gear. Exactly what this game is. Its gear that gets better though crafting with currency that you get through gameplay.....aka Supplies, Flowers, gold, Etc.

Its not even hard to do....you just need to farm currency. OMG, with this person.

I like how this guy is talking "builds" his mind has been completely melted by adhering to any meta in any game.

Just wear the armor you think looks coolest and build your playstyle around said armor. Most of them offer similar enough bonuses and your charms can compensate for their weaknesses.
