not finding enough gold, from where exactly can you get gold?

Mostly it seems to be awarded from clearing large mongol encampments, might need to progress the story if you ran out of them

Well I have reached act 3 and have made a detour to Iki island and destroyed the ship so that I can back to Tsushima... Which part of the story give you more gold?

You can buy 1 gold from a few trappers, same with all tier 3 ingredients.
Best way is to keep clearing the camps.
