Stutter with a 3080 on high settings

I'm loving this game, I played it on the ps4 and now I'm back again, problem is I'm experiencing stutters constantly during my gameplay. I'm playing at 100-135 fps without issue, but it's as if there's something that loads in that causes the stutters. It's very annoying and stressful. It ruins the experience for me a lot.
I tried fiddling with the settings, turning on and off dlss, changing framerate etc, but it hasn't helped with the stuttering.
Thankful for any tips how to get rid of it.

are you going over your vram budget? what res you playing at?

I'm playing on 4k. I also experimented with vram but it didn't help.

try 1440p and see how you get on

Check out Digital Foundry's recent video on the game. They might clue you in why the stutters happen, you should be able to play in 4k. If your motherboard doesn't support PCIe4 that might be what's happening? Again, DFs video explains it better.

by any chance do you own Malawarebytes ? if so try shutting it down when you play the game and hopefully that makes it so the issue stops

Luckily I don't have any problems with Stutter in this game. but only a boring, slightly jerky movement of the camera, I don't know why

...where are all this unexperienced players are coming from.....

1. mistake buying a console remake on PC
2. 100 -135 fps. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Did you ever tried to learn (and unerstand) what FPS means (idont think so) and iot works
3. What kind of Loads where ar they happen Online / offline. Process Loading times other installed services and so on.......................

I do have a 4070ti and play in 4K, and it runs very well, with very little heat and no frame drops or stutters. So I don't know if its down to hardware or some other sort of incompatibility that is the problem.
I am having some audio issues though. So it could have something to do with the audio.

OK so I changed to my smaller monitor from the 65inch 4k tv I have and there is no lag at 1440p. I could even raise graphics to ultra and its working without lag.

I'm guessing it's the 10gb vram that's causing the issue. I play ultrawide while not quite 4k it at least allocates almost 13gb vram.

If you have Malwarebytes, turn it off. That's what caused the issue for me.

I'm at 4K (DLSS Balanced) on a 4070Ti and I get momentary microstutters, cant for the life of me understand why - but it's the same in a few games.
