Should I do all the side quests ASAP or when Act 3 starts?
I'm asking because I want to have fun with the Ninja Armor but I heard that the final act is extremely short. I want to have some meaningful playtime with the armor set.

i suggest do the main mission until you can teleport to the previous area and then do the side content
